This challenge is located in Geothermal Valley and is hard to discover as there is nothing in the game that tells you how to start the challenge or where to find it. You'll find one to the left of the campfire and another straight and toward the right of the campfire. After destroying that brazier, the next one is behind you, but it's blocked by beams and one of those has rope wrapped around it.
